At On Track Learning, we believe that training should be accessible, practical, and contextualised. Our mission is to provide e-learning that is memorable for employees so it can be applied, and hassle-free for employers.

Our Story

As a buyer of courses through his career as a Human Resources Director, Pete was frustrated with boring online courses hosted on clunky and frustrating learning management systems. As a provider of learning courses, Andy has always been, and still is, passionate about helping everyone learn in the simplest and most straightforward way possible. Therefore, he was always dismayed with the barriers created between the learner and the learning due to technology and poor learning design.

After meeting at an event, and then working together for over ten years as customer and supplier, they decided that it was time to take their ideas to the world of corporate learning.

Whilst Pete continued in an employed role to fulfil his existing commitments, Andy started the ball rolling by recruiting Paul, now Operations Director, and together they developed the silent online platform to host the bespoke courses which our clients use today.

We continue to provide bespoke learning to our clients, such as workbooks, workshops and programmes in both digital and physical formats on a range of topics.

Core Product Offering

In May 2021 when Pete formally joined as Managing Director, he created the focus and opportunity for Andy and Paul to focus on developing a new suite of core products.

Learning from Experience

Having grown and now with a team of keen and energetic people leaning on over 50 years’ worth of combined experience, we have created over 150 courses and further developed the technology to make them easy to access and digest, at any time and on any device.

The DNA of Learning

The DNA developed by Pete and Andy in the early days is embedded in the fabric of every piece of learning, as they all revolve around stories. Stories about people going about their work and being exposed to situations relevant to the topic in question and in context for the person learning.

Accessible Resources

All the barriers to good learning have been broken down. The learner can access what they need to learn quickly and easily, and the course is in context so is relevant to them. The employer providing them with the learning has no administrative headaches or overhead, as all reporting and user management is done by us.

Andy Pearce

Learning Director & Founder

Andy has over 25 years in L&D and has worked with a wide range of clients and industries running his own consultancy for the last 15 years. He is passionate about developing quality, no nonsense, learning interventions that have an impact and make a difference. He loves getting things done and creating innovative solutions that solve our clients’ challenges through learning. Andy is a Fellow of the LPI.

Pete Waller

Managing Director

With over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership and HR roles Pete is committed to ensure On Track Learning is a wonderful Company to work with and work for. As an experienced buyer of learning he strives to resolve the issues that have frustrated him in the past and enable the team to create fantastic learning that is both relevant and memorable for our learners and that saves our clients time and money. Pete is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.


Paul Bateman

Operations Director

With an extensive background in managing clients and accounts Paul ensures that everything that needs to happen, happens. He makes sure we meet our clients’ expectations, at the right time and to the right quality. He is passionate about making sure every interaction our clients and our learners have with our team is easy, straightforward and positive. Paul’s values are all about making our clients happy!
